1. Virtual credits & entitlements

Points (“credits”) and subscription benefits are digital entitlements for use within the Service. Displayed prices and packages may change; the in-product description at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise required by law.

2. Payment processing

Production payment processors, tax, and invoicing will be configured before launch. Until then, any “mock” or test payment in staging is not a real charge.

3. Refunds (principles)

Consumer refund rights depend on your jurisdiction and the payment method. As a principle, we aim to resolve billing errors and unauthorized charges when reported promptly with relevant evidence. Digital goods may be non-refundable once consumed or after a stated cooling-off period, as permitted by law—finalize this section with counsel and your PSP’s rules.

4. Chargebacks

Contact support before filing a chargeback where possible; abusive chargebacks may lead to account closure.
