1. Program overview

Eclipse Desires offers an invite program. You may share your exclusive invite method with others. When an invitee meets these rules, you as the inviter may receive points. Invitees do not receive a separate invite reward under this program.

2. How the invite relationship is established

• Each user has a unique referral code or invite link (as shown on the site).
• The invitee must complete binding at registration using your invite link or referral code. If they did not, retroactive binding is generally not available.
• Each invited account may link to only one inviter. Once linked, the relationship cannot be changed.
• You must not self-invite through improper means, or use false information or bulk registrations to obtain rewards. We may refuse to issue or reclaim rewards.

3. Who receives rewards

• Only the inviter receives rewards under this program; invitees do not receive an invite reward.
• Registration alone does not trigger an invite reward. Points are granted only after the invitee completes a first successful top-up and meets the conditions below.
• Rewards are issued as platform points for use on the service. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable unless we state otherwise.

4. Reward conditions (all must be met)

• The invitee completed registration and is validly linked to you as inviter.
• The invitee has a first successful top-up (see definitions).
• For that order, the amount actually paid by the user is greater than USD 10.
• The transaction is not voided due to fraud, disputes, refunds, or similar.
• Your account and the invitee account are in good standing under our rules.
• Where points would be issued to the inviter, the inviter has not already reached the per-inviter cap on paid invite rewards (see §6).

6. How rewards are calculated

• Percentage part = ⌊points credited to the invitee for that order × 30%⌋ (rounded down).
• Tier bonus (first qualifying top-up only): paid amount at least USD 10 but under USD 25 → +10 points to the inviter; at least USD 25 → +30 points (higher tier only, not 10+30 together).
• Inviter reward = percentage part + tier bonus (whole points).
• Each inviter can earn at most five paid invite rewards. After that, new qualifying invitees no longer add points for that inviter; the invite link is still marked so it is not processed again.
• Only one reward event per invitee, tied to their first successful qualifying top-up.

7. Number of invites

There is no daily cap on how many people you may invite. Each inviter can receive at most five paid invite rewards in total (see §6). If we detect abnormal behavior, we may suspend or cancel rewards.

8. Timing and where to see rewards

• Rewards are typically credited within a processing window after conditions are met and the order is credited; non-instant crediting may occur.
• You may view history in points history or a similar feature when available.

9. When rewards may be withheld or reclaimed

• The invitee order is cancelled, refunded, or reversed after credit.
• Either party cheats, uses bots, fake identities, or exploits vulnerabilities.
• An account is closed, banned, or restricted so credits cannot complete or must be reversed.
• Required by law or a payment partner.
• Any other circumstance we reasonably consider inconsistent with fair play.

• We may change these rules; changes will be announced via notices or banners.
• Rewards are governed by the rules and system logic in effect at issuance.
• Other matters follow the Terms, Privacy Policy, and published rules.

Do I get points as soon as my friend registers?

No. The invitee must complete a first successful top-up and meet conditions such as actual payment over USD 10.

Is the reward based on list price or invitee credited points?

The percentage part uses points **actually credited** to the invitee for that order (×30%, rounded down), plus any tier bonus. A minimum paid amount strictly over USD 10 and other conditions apply.

Is there a daily limit on invites?

There is no daily cap on invite count. Each inviter can earn at most five paid invite rewards in total. If risk controls trigger, we may restrict abusive behavior.
